EMPLOYEE FAMILY EDUCATIONAL REIMBURSEMENTS

In order to be eligible for the one-time award, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Family educational assistance is a one-time award of $500 gift toward reimbursement of tuition.
  • Must be sponsored by a current, full-time employee that has been employed by Thomas Health for at least three (3) years.
  • An eligible child/grandchild is defined as:
    • ​​​Any natural or legally adopted child or grandchild or any stepchild or step-grandchild that is residing with the employee on a permanent basis.
  • Grades and receipts must be returned with the completed application.

The Foundation is honored to make investments in the staff at Thomas Health and their families. Employee Family Educational Reimbursements provide family members of Thomas Health’s dedicated staff with an opportunity to advance their education. All grant and scholarship applications are carefully screened by the Foundation’s Appropriations Committee to fulfill the Foundation’s mission.

  • Applications will be accepted within 3 months of having completed the course(s) of study.
  • Family educational assistance is available to all children residing with the employee on a full-time basis.
